• Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Compensation: $145,000 per year, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Must be a current Registered Nurse
• Experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, or hospital settings, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven nurse management experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate communication with patients, families, and staff
• Knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS, and CMS compliance
• Ability to train and mentor clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical services in the home health program
• Ensure compliance with regulations and agency policies
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Hire, train, and mentor nursing staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor performance, documentation, and quality outcomes
