Regional Sales Director – Senior Living

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director located in California.

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted senior living operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a competitive salary of $160,000 to $180,000 depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in regional business development in Senior Living sales and/or outreach, long-term care, hospice, home health, hospital liaison or senior care marketing.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of service-oriented healthcare groups.
  • Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building.
  • Aptitude for sales, business development, marketing and collaboration amongst a diverse group of teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an increase community referrals and move-ins for 14 communities in the CA/NV market.
  • Establish and expand relationships with local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and other referral sources — including caregivers, Nurse Practitioners, Home Health Aides, LPNs, and RNs
  • Proactively seeking out potential residents.
