We are seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the greater Atlanta area
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted senior living operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a base pay of $175,000 per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare
- 2+ years experience in sales — CCRC, Senior Living, Assisted Living, Healthcare, or Marketing experience preferred
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship-building
- Prior experience as a Director of Marketing or equivalent
Responsibilities

Leading community-specific sales projects — including assisting in occupancy growth strategies, company maintenance, and waitlist-building strategies

Identifying trends in the market and developing timely action plans

Build marketing plan for new development properties

Collaborating with other leaders to set annual move-in and revenue goals, manage community pricing, and maximize occupancy

Assisting with the development of annual sales and marketing plans for each community

Reviewing key performance indicators from weekly and monthly metrics

Coaching sales staff and identifying training opportunities

Overseeing CRM platforms, driving compliance at community level, and identifying new enhancement opportunities
