Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in skilled nursing operations

• Multi-site operational oversight experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes

• Proven ability to drive census growth and operational improvements

• Experience managing facility administrators and department leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities

• Support and mentor facility Administrators and leadership teams

• Drive census development and operational performance across the region

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements

• Monitor financial performance and operational metrics

• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
