We are seeking an experienced ADON in Carlsbad
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. Qualifications
- Current RN license in California (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze, track, and present clinical data for quality improvement efforts.
- Experience with electronic medical records (PCC preferred).
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling based on facility needs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement efforts, monitoring compliance, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Collect, track, and analyze clinical data to support ongoing patient care excellence.
- Conduct new admission assessments and manage clinical case reviews.
- Oversee and ensure accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
- Provide recommendations and insights to the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care while supporting staff in best practices.
- Support and collaborate with other clinical leadership team members.
