We are seeking an experienced ADON in Carlsbad

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. Qualifications

• Current RN license in California (BSN preferred).
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze, track, and present clinical data for quality improvement efforts.
• Experience with electronic medical records (PCC preferred).
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling based on facility needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement efforts, monitoring compliance, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
• Collect, track, and analyze clinical data to support ongoing patient care excellence.
• Conduct new admission assessments and manage clinical case reviews.
• Oversee and ensure accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Provide recommendations and insights to the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care while supporting staff in best practices.
• Support and collaborate with other clinical leadership team members.
