• Position Title: Director of Nursing (DON)
• Location: Columbia, MO
• Experience: Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Compensation: $105,000 to $110,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Management experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Memory Care, or equivalent
• Prior experience in RN, LVN, or LPN management as an ADON, DON, Nursing Director, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Managing a nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses
• Developing, reviewing, and revising care plans for all residents
• Communicating with nurses, physicians, specialists, and other care team professionals.
• Interacting compassionately and effectively with residents and family members
