• Compensation: $110,000 with possible incentive

Qualifications

• Active RN license in FL
• Prior DON experience or strong ADON ready to step up
• Demonstrated success in clinical team leadership
• Solid understanding of compliance and clinical systems
• Calm presence with the ability to rebuild team trust and accountability

Responsibilities

• Provide stable, consistent clinical leadership across the building
• Lead and support unit managers and newer nurse leaders
• Collaborate with strong MDS nurse to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
• Reinforce expectations, accountability, and nurse engagement
• Serve as clinical face of the building with staff, families, and referral sources
