After graduating Cal State Long Beach with a Business degree, Gaston quickly rose up the ranks to become the VP of Sales for All Green Electronics Recycling, Orange County’s top IT Asset Management firm. After 4 years as their VP of Sales and Development, the Los Angeles Clippers invited him to join their business team to learn the world of professional sports management. While working for the front office of the Los Angeles Clippers, Gaston worked on connecting people and bringing them together at all levels, from youth sports to professional sports. Through his background of connecting people and building relationships, a career in recruiting is a perfect fit. He thrives on opportunity to connect people with the to the job of their dreams. During his free time, Gaston loves surfing, playing golf, and snowboarding!
