Joshua has been making a difference in the lives of his clients and candidates at Full Spectrum Search Group since 2017. As a Managing Partner specializing in Home Health and Hospice, he’s focused on filling key leadership roles for his corporate partners.

Prior to recruiting Joshua worked as an actor and stand-up comedian. He’s most notably known as the voice of Spider-Man for the Toys and Action Figures from Marvel’s “The Amazing Spider-Man.”

His experience in the entertainment industry, working with high-level clientele, has helped inform his current role. Plus, he’s naturally a people person, so recruiting is a great fit.”
