Kristin runs our Skilled Nursing Practice on the East Coast.

Before joining Full Spectrum and transitioning into recruiting, Kristin dedicated nearly a decade of her career to the Skilled Nursing industry. She served as a Regional Director of Business Development and Admissions and Marketing Director on the East Coast. Having developed a strong rapport with Max and Gaston, she admired their exceptional track record and unwavering dedication to recruiting top talent in the Long Term Care industry. It was this admiration that motivated Kristin to join the Full Spectrum team. Together, they lead our East Coast SNF practice, ensuring top talent recruitment.

Kristin’s a lifelong soccer player, even at the D1 collegiate level. When not watching the English Premier League (Go Gunners!), she’s busy with her two toddlers and husband. She values an active lifestyle and enjoys reading, writing, meaningful conversations, and a good glass of red wine.
