Nicole specializes in leadership roles in Senior Living such as Executive Directors, Sales Directors, and Health Services Director roles.

Previous to recruiting, Nicole spent 7 years working in Facility Management and worked her way from a Coordinator to a National Account Manager. After making a move to California, Nicole was looking for a change — and recruiting has always been something she has been interested in. She enjoys helping others and finding their forever home for their career.

I help people find their forever homes in their careers — which is so important! I love meeting people who share with me their focus and love for their senior living residents and their career.

During her free time, Nicole loves to hang out with her dog, go to the beach, and spend time with friends.
