Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in food & beverage leadership, preferably in multi-outlet or hospitality environments
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurant groups preferred
• Strong operational knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and labor controls
• Proven track record of building teams and delivering high-quality guest experiences
• Experience in structured, systems-driven environments
• Comfortable working in a startup or ground-up build environment

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all food & beverage operations across multiple dining venues
• Build, hire, and develop the full dining and culinary leadership team
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure quality and execution
• Implement operational systems including POS, inventory controls, and processes
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Drive hospitality standards and enhance resident dining experience
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and cost controls
• Maintain a strong, visible leadership presence across the community
