As CEO, Max hires and empowers his people to carry out the company’s vision, while nurturing daily high-level operations, growth, and expansion. Max is an expert in the senior living and healthcare industry.
Previous to recruiting, Max pursued his degree in Technological Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University and spent over five years as a teacher in the private education space. After a half-decade of teaching, Max felt there was more to accomplish with his career.
Still pursuing his love for fostering growth in others, Max tripped and fell into recruiting and realized there is no better career.

When he’s not in the office, Max enjoys camping, fishing, snowboarding, and all adrenaline-boosting activities.
With a wealth of experience in multiple industries, Gaston guides the Full Spectrum team as Practice Leader.
After graduating from Cal State Long Beach with a Business degree, Gaston quickly rose in the ranks to become the VP of Sales for All Green Electronics Recycling — Orange County’s top IT Asset Management firm. After 4 years as their VP of Sales and Development, the Los Angeles Clippers invited him to join their business team to learn the world of professional sports management. While working for the front office of the Los Angeles Clippers, Gaston connected people at all levels, from youth sports to professional sports. Through his background of connecting people and building relationships, a career in recruiting is a perfect fit.

During his free time, Gaston loves surfing, playing golf, and snowboarding.
Katie is spearheading the Senior Living practice on the West Coast.
Prior to recruiting and working at Full Spectrum, Katie spent ten years in the Senior Living industry as a Regional Sales Director and Sales Director for companies on the West Coast. After almost a decade in sales for senior living, she had a conversation with Max and decided to join the team at Full Spectrum, recruiting quality candidates.

During her free time, Katie loves to spend time with her husband, her two kids, and their dog, Rivers. She loves going to Mammoth, to the beach, reading, and running around with her toddlers.
Joshua has been making a difference in the lives of his clients and candidates at Full Spectrum Search Group since 2017. As a Managing Partner specializing in Home Health and Hospice, he’s focused on filling key leadership roles for his corporate partners.

Prior to recruiting Joshua worked as an actor and stand-up comedian. He’s most notably known as the voice of Spider-Man for the Toys and Action Figures from Marvel’s “The Amazing Spider-Man.”
His experience in the entertainment industry, working with high-level clientele, has helped inform his current role. Plus, he’s naturally a people person, so recruiting is a great fit.
Natalie oversees the Sourcing Department with a desk of 3 employees who are constantly searching for the right candidate!
Before joining Full Spectrum, Natalie worked in Real Estate for 10 years. Natalie will always have a passion for Real Estate, but helping employees in the healthcare industry quickly became a desire for her. Natalie’s life path led her down roads in which she was constantly dabbling in the medical world. When 2020 hit, she decided she needed a career reset. Then, the stars aligned, and along came an opportunity with Full Spectrum, which she took!
I have always loved helping people. Now, being able to help deserving medical professionals find quality jobs brings so much passion to my life. I now have the “Find a job you love and you won’t have to work a day in your life” mindset!
Natalie recently made a full-circle moment and moved back to Texas where she spent her childhood. California will always be her “home” though. On her time off, Natalie spends most of her time with her dog Koa, playing tennis, and enjoying good food and company. Family and friends are very important to her too.
Normary specializes in Senior Living on the West Coast.
Previous to recruiting, Normary spent four years in the health and wellness industry, primarily working in Physical Therapy clinics.
After making the decision to travel on her own and move to California, Normary came across the opportunity to start a career in healthcare recruiting and has not looked back since.

Normary loves keeping herself active and busy by teaching a few Group Fitness classes every week, but also enjoys the opportunity to spend some down time by the beach or going on a few hikes.
Zach is the Division Coordinator for Senior Living on the West Coast.
Prior to starting at Full Spectrum, Zach received a degree in Business Administration from Babson College and has been engaged in founding and scaling several start-up businesses while also maintaining a career in Sales and Marketing. He was first introduced to the recruiting industry while working as a Business Development Representative at Cybercoders. Now he is excited to be re-entering the world of recruiting with Full Spectrum.
When his brief tenure at Cybercoders ended due to the pandemic and associated lockdowns, he spent the next two years developing his latest passion project, Brilliant Blends, an adaptogen-based nootropic company whose mission is to provide natural alternatives for mental health management and performance. After Brilliant Blends was off the ground and scaled to a viable level, he once again turned his sights to the world of recruiting. He is excited to once again be starting his journey towards success with Full Spectrum.

Kristin runs our Skilled Nursing Practice on the East Coast.
Before joining Full Spectrum and transitioning into recruiting, Kristin dedicated nearly a decade of her career to the Skilled Nursing industry. She served as a Regional Director of Business Development and Admissions and Marketing Director on the East Coast. Having developed a strong rapport with Max and Gaston, she admired their exceptional track record and unwavering dedication to recruiting top talent in the Long Term Care industry. It was this admiration that motivated Kristin to join the Full Spectrum team. Together, they lead our East Coast SNF practice, ensuring top talent recruitment. “What I do is a thrilling and purposeful endeavor. Kristin’s a lifelong soccer player, even at the D1 collegiate level. When not watching the English Premier League (Go Gunners!), she’s busy with her two toddlers and husband. She values an active lifestyle and enjoys reading, writing, meaningful conversations, and a good glass of red wine.
